Roadside assistance in Houston. Often faster than a tow.
Most calls we get are not actual tows - they are a dead battery, a flat tire, an empty tank, or a locked key. A 20-minute roadside call gets you back on the road and usually saves the full tow fee. Roadside assistance runs across the Houston metro, including Downtown, the East End, Spring Branch, Gulfton, Pasadena, Katy, and every neighborhood in between. The operators we send carry jump packs, spare tires, fuel cans, and lockout tools.

What do Houston drivers ask about Roadside Help?
Do you provide roadside assistance in Gulfton, the East End, and other Houston neighborhoods?
Yes - Quick Tow Houston covers the entire Houston metro for roadside assistance, including the West Side, Montrose, Downtown, the East Side, Gulfton, the East End, Pasadena, Katy, Spring Branch, Aldine, and Channelview. Call (281) 916-1288 for an arrival estimate from the operator taking the job.
Will a jump start fix my car?
If the battery is the only issue, yes - usually you can drive away after 10 minutes of idle. If the alternator is bad or the battery will not hold a charge, the driver will tow you to a shop. The crew diagnoses before recommending; you get honesty, not a sales pitch for the tow.
Can you change a tire on the freeway?
Yes. But if the flat is on the traffic side of the vehicle on an active freeway, the safer move is a short tow off the freeway to a safe lot where the driver swaps the tire. Freeway shoulders are dangerous for tire work.
How much fuel do you bring?
The truck brings 2 gallons of gasoline or diesel minimum. That is enough to get you to the nearest station - tanks do not get filled at roadside, for pricing and safety reasons. You pay the service call plus the fuel itself.
What if I need a tow after the roadside call?
If the roadside work does not solve it, a tow can be dispatched from the same call - the standard rate applies, quoted by the operator before dispatch. Ask the dispatcher how the combined call is priced.
